When a child is in the hospital, even a few moments away from the bedside can make a difference.
Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms, located inside USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital, give families and caregivers a welcoming place to rest, recharge and take care of everyday needs—without leaving the hospital.
Our two Family Rooms offer many of the comforts of home, including meals and snacks, coffee, laundry facilities, comfortable living and dining areas, a microwave, and toys and games for children.

Serving in three-to-four-hour shifts, volunteers greet families and assist them with checking in and out, replenish coffee and snacks, keep the rooms tidy and inviting, and take the Happy Wheels Cart and/or the Coffee Cart to designated patient rooms.
