Adopt-A-Room Opportunities

Guest Room – OPTION 1: $5,000 – ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

Donor(s) will sponsor one Guest Room at RMHC for the period of one year.

Guest Room – OPTION 2: $10,000 – ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

Donor(s) sponsor TWO Guest Rooms at RMHC of Mobile for a period of one year.

Guest Room – OPTION 3: $15,000 – THREE YEAR COMMITMENT

Donor(s) will Sponsor ONE Guest Room at RMHC of Mobile for three years. Pay $5,000 annually.

Guest Room Suite: $10,000 – ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

Sponsor ONE Guest Room Suite for one year.

Kitchen & Pantry: $10,000 – ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

Sponsor our kitchen and pantry at RMHC Mobile for one year.

Family Room: $10,000 – ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

Sponsor ONE of the two Family Rooms located in USA Health Children’s and Women’s Hospital
for one year.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Adopt a Room Program allows you, your company, or organization to sponsor one or more of the 38 guest rooms at RMHC. With an average 80% occupancy rate each year, our guest rooms endure wear and tear. When you adopt a Room, Suite, Family Room, or the Kitchen & Pantry, you help provide families comfort, relief from their stressful situations, a sense of normalcy, and more, while also ensuring each guest room meets our high standards of hospitality. Without your help, we cannot complete important updates that keep appliances, furniture, and linens fresh and welcoming in every room.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR PARTNERSHIP

At RMHC Mobile, families also have access to laundry rooms, refrigerators and pantries in a fully stocked House kitchen, daily prepared hot meals, and a support system of other families having similar experiences. This is no small thing. No child should have to face their treatment without the constant love and support of their parents. When circumstances make it impossible, such as when parents can’t afford long stays at hotels, or the gas to drive back and forth, RMHC Mobile steps in. By helping us take care of a families’ basic needs, you are giving parents the gift of focusing solely on their child’s treatment and recovery.

ADOPT A ROOM BENEFITS

Prominent signage outside your adopted Guest Room:

Outside of each guest room will be signage listing you as the proud sponsor of that room.

Prominent signage outside of the RMHC of Mobile kitchen:

Outside of the RMHC Kitchen will be signage listing you as the pantry partner.

In addition, all sponsorship levels will receive the following recognition:

Listing on the RMHC of Mobile website as an Adopt a Room sponsor.

Inclusion in at least one of “Our House” newsletters (3,000 + reach).

Due to the limited number of Adopt a Room partnership opportunities, you will have first right of refusal to renew your Room for the following year.
