“The Ronald McDonald House gave my mom and me a place to stay close to my baby boy after he was born two months early and admitted to the NICU with a rare and unexpected condition called Hydrops Fetalis.

After being unexpectedly transported from Brewton to Mobile and delivering my son the very next day, I had no time to prepare for his birth or pack for what would become months away from home. The Ronald McDonald House provided so much more than a place to stay, from clothing donations and meals to the kind and caring staff who supported us through such a difficult time.

Most importantly, we didn’t have to leave my baby’s side during his NICU journey. They were very helpful during a very hard time for us.”

Originally, their stay was 44 nights, but they have continued to return to our House when Isaiah has treatment!
